Rebounding

Moreland is an enthusiastic rebounder, who is more than willing to expand energy in scrapping and fighting to secure loose balls off the glass. Moreland also showed off his rebounding skills in Summer League, grabbing 8.8 boards per game, without logging heavy minutes.

In his last year in college, Moreland averaged double digit rebounds with 10.3 per game. This is another strength of the Houston natives defensive game too, as of those 10.3, eight rebounds per game came from boxing out, and securing possession on the defensive end.
