Scoring

Isaiah Thomas is a great all-around point guard, but what really allowed him to thrive in Sacramento was his volume scoring. Although the Kings won’t necessarily need Ray McCallum to average 20-plus points like Thomas did, they would still like to see a significant improvement on his rookie numbers.

McCallum averaged 6.2 points per game, and although he made 37.3 percent of his 3-pointers, he only made 37.7 percent of his field goal attempts overall. If McCallum is to up his offensive output, he needs to get inside and find his shot, much like Isaiah Thomas did with his floater.
