Eric Bledsoe:

Eric Bledsoe, a restricted free agent with the Phoenix Suns, had a breakout season in his first year as an NBA starter despite a meniscus tear that limited him to 43 games. Bledsoe averaged 17.7 points, 5.5 assists and 4.7 rebounds per game with the Suns, who were 28-15 with him in the lineup. Bledsoe is easily this year’s most enticing restricted free agent, and teams can really gum up the works for Phoenix’s free agency plans by making him a max offer:

As of right now, however, the only team with a definite interest in Bledsoe appears to be his own Phoenix Suns, who plan on locking him down to a new contract and avoiding the perils of free agency all together:

There is a possibility the instability of Bledsoe’s knees could hurt his market value and ultimately help the Suns. The meniscus tear in his right knee was the second in that same knee in the last three years.
