Age: 23

2013-14 Stats: 30.9 minutes, 14.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.1 steals, .438 FG%, 12.80 PER

When you think of Avery Bradley, you think of one of the best perimeter defenders in the NBA. With a 1.7 steal percentage and a 109 defensive rating, Bradley is the type of defensive star a team like Boston needs.

Coming into 2013-14, it was clear that Bradley’s defensive abilities were top notch. But he became a star on offense as well–14.9 points, a .438 shooting percentage, and a spark plug for a dull offense at times. Bradley developed into a serious dual threat in 2013-14, and the type of player that could fetch some serious interest this summer.

If Boston wants him back, they’re going to have to fight off some serious suitors. Luckily for them, Bradley is a restricted free agent and the Celtics can match any offer thrown Bradley’s way. The Rajon Rondo-Avery Bradley duo in the backcourt has made Boston a fast-paced, athletic squad, and re-signing him would be a smart move for the franchise.

Verdict: Bring him back.
