The Hawks and the Raptors squared off for the second time in five days, on Sunday afternoon. The previous meeting in Atlanta saw the Hawks prevail 118-113 in a high scoring game that required overtime to determine a winner. This game was a close one too, although the final score didn’t necessarily reflect that.

Atlanta played well and were the aggressor, and the most dominant force for the majority of the game. 17 points from Paul Millsap and DeMarre Carroll, and 16 from Teague helped them to build a healthy eleven point lead entering the final period.

Where they had been outstanding defensively up to that point, only allowing 60 points in the first three quarters, the Hawks crumbled in the fourth. They let Toronto in for 36 points in the fourth quarter, while only scoring 15 of their own. The Raptors won by ten, and it would prove a costly collapse for the Hawks as it set the tone for the week.
