Orlando Magic Starting Five Breakdown: Nikola Vucevic

With the new NBA season now merely days away, it’s time to really get excited about what this season could hold for the Orlando Magic. While expectations remain pretty modest, a new head coach in Scott Skiles and more young talent mean this is a team that could make a bit of noise in the less competitive Eastern Conference.
With that in mind let’s take a more in depth look at the starting five the team will likely lead with on opening night.
Already we’ve looked at Elfrid Payton and Victor Oladipo, which can be viewed here and here. Now we turn our attentions to the Magic’s starting center and a real building block for the future, Nikola Vucevic. Statistically he was this team’s best player last season, as he averaged a double-double (19.3 points, 10.9 rebounds).
