With the new NBA season now merely days away, it’s time to really get excited about what this season could hold for the Orlando Magic. While expectations remain pretty modest, a new head coach in Scott Skiles and more young talent means this is a team that could make a bit of noise in the less competitive Eastern Conference.

With that in mind, let’s take a more in-depth look at the starting five the team will likely lead with on opening night.

We say “supposed,” because although he’s got star potential, it’s still unclear going into year three if he can morph into an All-Star to lead this team. His first two seasons brought many positives, including his athleticism and defensive abilities, but it didn’t always translate into stats you could get behind. So what’s in store this season?
