Philadelphia 76er fans are still reeling from the additions of Jaylen Brown and LeBron James, but the 76ers may be far from done making moves. The 76ers just announced that they were waiving guard Dalen Terry.
In doing so, that brings their roster down to 14 players, allowing them to sign Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (KCP). But could the Sixers be gearing up to make another move?
After leaving the Lakers, LeBron won't be playing with his son Bronny James any longer, unless the Sixers agree to trade for him.
The Philadelphia 76ers may reunite LeBron James with Bronny James
Los Angeles is reportedly open to keeping Bronny and would only part with him for real assets. Fortunately for Philly, they gave up shockingly little to acquire Brown and nothing to add LeBron.
That means they still have plenty of assets at their disposal to try to acquire Bronny from the Lakers. However, there are other considerations that have to be made.
Once they sign KCP, they will have 15 players under the contract plus two players on two-way deals. That means they have to either waive a player or trade one in exchange for Bronny.

Another consideration is the Sixers being hard-capped at the first apron and having just $2.1 million in space beneath it. Were they to trade for Bronny, they would possibly have to trade former second-round pick Johni Broome and one, possibly two seconds if the Lakers really press them.
If that's what it takes to keep LeBron happy, then it would well be worth it. Perhaps that was even part of the arrangement when they signed him. The point is, the Sixers could reunite father and son next season if the Lakers are willing to trade Bronny.
While Bronny probably wouldn't see the floor much next season, adding family members has been a way for teams to keep their stars happy. It may also be a way for the Sixers to do the same.
