Brooklyn Nets - Ziaire Williams

After shockingly trading Mikal Bridges to the New York Knicks, the Brooklyn Nets are set to embrace a full-on rebuild it appears. Youth will be a big part of that, and one player who could benefit from this is Ziaire Williams, the recently-turned 23-year-old they acquired in a separate trade with the Grizzlies earlier this offseason.

During his three years in Memphis, Williams showed potential, but there were always growing pains in a rotation full of other solid players. With the Nets, he should become a key piece of their rotation and earn hefty minutes. This could be great for his growth as he aims to develop into a reliable two-way force in the frontcourt. The former 10th overall pick may finally fill those shoes.

Charlotte Hornets - Tre Mann

Tre Mann was never able to get his feet off the ground in his first two years with the OKC Thunder. A trade to the Charlotte Hornets late last season was exactly what he needed, as the guard put up the best numbers of his career in his new situation. Entering his first full year as a Hornet, Mann should be a vital piece for them, and he could certainly take a leap in the process.

Mann, who has averaged 9.1 points per game for his career, has been electric in the NBA Preseason, averaging 16 points and 3.3 assists while shooting 47.1 percent from three. Could these numbers translate to the NBA's regular season? It'd be a tall ask, but there's no doubt that Mann has it in him to cement his status as a household 23-year-old in Charlotte this coming season.
