20.    Stephen Curry-23.73

Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry has helped change the way the game is played thanks to his elite shooting. More than half of his shots over the course of his legendary career have been threes and he is shooting a sizzling 42.3% from deep on 9.2 attempts per game.

That type of volume and that type of efficiency are unprecedented, and his ability to shoot off the dribble has transformed the NBA and created a slew of imitators, making him one of the most feared offensive players in history. Curry has an outstanding 62.6 true shooting percentage, one of the highest on this list, while also being the shortest player to crack 60%.

That efficiency, while averaging nearly 25 points over his 15-season career thus far, is incredible. Add in 4.7 rebounds and 6.4 assists and it makes sense why Curry is in the top-20 in terms of PER. Given that he still has a few years left in the tank, he might even be able to increase his standing in this all-time ranking as well in the GOAT conversation.
