9) Anthony Davis

Future Hall of Famer Anthony Davis has had an odd half-decade. While he was a nine-time All-Star through his first 12 seasons, he missed making the team in back-to-back seasons in 2021–22 and 2022–23, largely due to injuries, before bouncing back and having a strong 2023–24 season.

In a career-high 76 games, Davis posted 24.7 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 2.2 blocks per game. That resulted in an all-star and All-NBA selection and he finished third in the Defensive Player of the Year voting. Although he didn't win a championship in 23-24, he did in the 2020 NBA Bubble thanks to a strong playoff run.

Not only that but he was key to the Lakers winning the first ever NBA Cup, with Davis shutting down the paint against the Indiana Pacers. At 30 years old, Davis still has a lot left in the tank and should still be a highly productive player during the back half of the decade.

That would help him to make up for a lack of individual accolades in the 2020s, though leading a team to a championship and an NBA Cup is something that only he and LeBron James can say at the moment. Still, Davis can climb up these rankings by aging gracefully and remaining productive to close out the 2020s.
