10) Donovan Mitchell

Although many basketball fans know how good Donovan Mitchell of the Cleveland Cavaliers is, they may be surprised to learn that he is one of the most decorated players of this era. Five years into the 2020s, Mitchell already has five all-star appearances under his belt, with another one or two selections all-but assuring that he will make the Basketball Hall of Fame. That may seem like it may be too early to tell, but the overwhelming majority of five-time all-stars make the Basketball Hall of Fame.

With decade-averages of 26.2 points, 5 assists, and 4.5 rebounds, and him heading into the second half of the decade at just 28, Mitchell could continue to put up serious numbers to close out the 2020s. In fact, he could even be one of only a handful of players on this list that could run the table and make an all-star team in every year of the 2020s.

Without an individual award, only one All-NBA selection, and no championships in the decade. He will probably still rank behind those players. That being said, he could solidify himself as one of the 10 best players of this current era despite not having as high of a profile as many on this list.
