16) Anthony Edwards

Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Anthony Edwards is the youngest player on this list of the greatest players of the 2020s at 22 years old but he has earned his place. In his first four seasons, he has already made two All-Star teams and an All-NBA team while posting 22.9 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 1.4 steals. Better still, he led the Wolves to their first Western Conference Finals appearance in 20 years, proving that he is a special player.

Given his age, Edwards seems like the most likely candidate to be one of the next faces of the NBA, which is due for a change of guard with the likes of LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and Steph Curry all over the age of 35. With the NBA having more parity and the Wolves already going deep into the playoffs, it's not out of the realm of possibility that Edwards could even lead them to the NBA Finals and even a championship before the end of the decade.

That may seem too optimistic but few players have had as impressive a start to their careers as Edwards and few have had as high of a ceiling as he has. Although he comes in at 16 on this list, he could easily be in the top-10 among the greatest players of this era by the end of the 2020s.
