23) Pascal Siakam

The Indiana Pacers recently added Pascal Siakam, who spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Toronto Raptors and the first four and a half years of the decade there. Playing in Toronto may have led to him being overlooked by many, aside from their championship run in 2019 but Siakam has consistently been one of the most productive players in the NBA since then.

He ranks 14th in total points in the 2020s, ahead of the likes of Jaylen Brown, Steph Curry, and James Harden, with an average of 22.6 points, 7.6 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1 block per game. His ability to knockdown shots and create in the half court, attack in transition, and defend and rebound makes him an ideal option for the Pacers, who made the Eastern Conference Finals in his first-half season here.

Paired with Tyrese Halliburton and a young core, the Pacers could get back there with Siakam's help. However, he is one of the oldest players on this list at 30 so his best days may be behind him. Even still, he could still put up several more all-star-caliber seasons and help the Pacers contend for a championship in the meantime.
