24) Tyrese Halliburton
In a rare win-win trade, the Sacramento Kings and Indiana Pacers swapped Domantas Sabonis and Tyrese Halliburton back in 2022, with both teams benefiting. The Pacers made it to both the NBA Cup Finals and the Eastern Conference Finals, with Halliburton's elite passing helping to boost their offense to historic levels.
While Halliburton isn't an elite scorer, his playmaking, coupled with his efficient scoring, makes him an offensive superstar. In 2022–23, Halliburton put up 20.7 points, 10.4 assists, and shot 40% from three on 7.2 3-point attempts per game. In 2023–24, even as he struggled with injuries, he still posted 20.1 points and a league-leading 10.9 assists per game while shooting above league average from three on 7.8 attempts per game.
Both of those seasons resulted in him making the all-star team and the All-NBA third team in 2023–24. Those seasons may only be the beginning for Halliburton, who is still in his early twenties. The Pacers made a win-now move to add Pascal Siakam to help them on both sides of the ball and if Halliburton is able to keep Indiana's offense humming, then both he and the Pacers could be in for a strong second half of the 2020s.
