31) DeMar DeRozan

A new member of the Sacramento Kings, DeMar DeRozan, will be able to continue what is looking more and more like a Hall of Fame career. After spending the first nine seasons of his career playing for the Toronto Raptors, he was often overlooked and was traded to the San Antonio Spurs in 2018, only to see the Raptors win a championship without him.

Despite being cast off by the Raptors, he put up strong numbers for the Spurs, averaging 21.6 points, 6.2 assists, and 5.3 assists in his three seasons there before being traded to the Chicago Bulls, where he had an unexpected career resurgence. In 2021–22, at the age of 32, he put up a career year, averaging a stellar 27.9 points and 6.9 assists per game, resulting in him making his first All-Star and All-NBA team in four years.

While that proved to be the high point of his three seasons with the Bulls, he continued to perform well into his 30s. Over 358 games, he put up 24.2 points on 50.2% shooting from the field, 4.8 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game, with two All-Star selections and an All-NBA appearance.

That undervalues his play over that span but after signing a 3-year deal with the Kings, he could continue his strong play for the majority of the rest of the decade, likely ensuring that he will be a top-20 player by decades-end.
