Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of those rare superstar players who (for now, at least) seems to have a near-perfect approval rating. He’s an elite player, a championship winner, and he exudes a smile worth a million bucks and nary a follicle in sight. A man with the on-court ferocity of the Juggernaut juxtaposed with natural charisma and an energy so joyous—so effortlessly infectious—that he could win over the most hardened of curmudgeons. That’s why we love him.
