The 2024 Presidential Debate was full of viral moments, but none captured the imagination of the internet more than six words Donald Trump uttered in response to a question. On Tuesday night, NBA Twitter couldn't help themselves but capitalize on what was objectively a hilarious quote.

The moment, which will undoubtedly be a meme for months to come, happened as ABC moderator Linsey Davis asked the former President if he had a current healthcare plan.

"Yes or no? You still do not have a plan?" asked Davis. "I have concepts of a plan," responded Trump. No matter what side you're on, that's just a hysterical response, especially if you take out context. As I was watching live, I immediately knew the sports world would embrace this opportunity to fire off shots. I wasn't alone.

As predicted, hardly a minute went by before NBA Twitter started to re-purpose the quote to make their thoughts known.

NBA Twitter takes shots at Doc Rivers, Bulls, Lakers, and more

Much has been made about the Chicago Bulls' lack of direction and confusing movements over the past few years. Right away, they were the target of several "concepts of a plan" tweets (probably rightfully so).

Well-traveled head coach Doc Rivers was also in the crosshairs a few times.

The Philadelphia 76ers weren't safe from jabs after their 'trust the process' mantra from 2015 still hasn't led to championship success. In fact, they haven't made it out of the Eastern Conference Semifinals since their NBA Finals run in 2000-01.

Fans of the Los Angeles Lakers are always up for giving their front office the business -- at least since the 2020-21 season. Although they made the Western Conference Finals as recently as 2022-23 (in which they were swept by Denver), that doesn't mean management and coaching staffs get a pass for more recent failures.

While the parity in the NBA is as healthy as it's ever been, there are still always going to be front offices acting too swiftly, making befuddling decisions, and angering fanbases. That's just sports. Venting those frustrations with funny reactions is one of the few reasons Twitter is still worth keeping around. It's not a bad makeshift therapy session either.

In only a couple of hours since the debate, thousands of tweets calling out sports figures practically took up half of my Twitter feed, and I wouldn't want it any other way.
