2) Kyle Kuzma-Best fit: Miami Heat

Since being traded to the Washington Wizards in 2021, Kuzma has become a high usage 20 PPG scorer. His efficiency has largely been up and down and the Wizards have not exactly been playing winning basketball since his arrival. However, he offers a skillset that can be valuable to a contender like the Miami Heat.

The Heat can try and convince the NBA world all they want that they have enough to win an NBA championship, but reality says otherwise, particularly on the offensive end. In the regular season, the Heat were 21st in offensive rating and in the playoffs, they finished second to last in the same category.

While they dealt with injuries to Jimmy Butler, Tyler Herro, and Terry Rozier throughout the season, Miami could use more firepower and Kuzma brings that. He is a three level scorer and good at creating off the dribble. His role would likely be less than the one he currently has in Washington, but he can be plugged in and play in any system.

Miami has not made any major moves this offseason and the reported price for Kuzma is two first round picks. They could probably get him for a little less now since he has not been traded yet and with previous suitors like the Sacramento Kings and Dallas Mavericks moving on to other moves. The Heat could benefit from adding Kuzma to their roster.
