3) Zach LaVine- Best fit: Los Angeles Clippers

The Bulls have been trying to trade Zach LaVine for months to no avail. His trade value around the league is reportedly low, due to his large contract and inability to stay healthy. LaVine is coming off of foot surgery and has had a long history of knee and foot issues in his career.

However, when LaVine is on the court, he is a versatile offensive weapon that has the ability to score efficiently at all three levels. Before he went down last season, he was averaging 20 PPG, five RPG, and four APG on 45/35 shooting splits. Even the year before, he averaged 25/5/4 on 49/38 splits.

With the Clippers losing Paul George this offseason, replacing him with LaVine seems like the most logical choice for LA. They essentially locked themselves into a two year window with James Harden and Kawhi Leonard and LaVine has two years left on his deal, so he fits the timeline. With the West set to be tough once again, the Clippers could use the offensive firepower.

LaVine likely wouldn’t cost a lot in a trade at this point. The only issue is his contract, but Clippers owner Steve Ballmer has shown that he is not afraid to spend big.
