3. Tyrese Maxey - Philadelphia 76ers
Tyrese Maxey will not be entertaining offers from any team other than the Philadelphia 76ers anytime soon. The guard has been on a bargain bin of a deal since being drafted by them, and he's about to be a far richer man. He's more than likely going to see the biggest pay increase of any player featured on this entire list.
Like Quickely, Maxey is a restricted free agent, so the 76ers can match any deal. They will certainly do so, as losing Maxey would be a devastating and incredibly avoidable move. Even if they have to shell out north of $200 million, the 76ers would do it with a big smile. Alongside Joel Embiid, Maxey is the future of this franchise moving forward, and he will have to get paid as such.
Having earned his first All-Star nod and the 2023-24 Most Improved Player Award, Maxey averaged 25.9 points, 6.2 assists, 3.7 rebounds and a steal per game. At just 23 years old, Maxey will only get better from here, so the 76ers must ink him to a long-term deal. It's only a matter of time before he's cemented himself in the upper echelon of guards in the game today.
Other teams likely will not even call Maxey.
