10. Malik Monk - Detroit Pistons
Once again, the Pistons will have a lot of money to utilize this off-season, and they shouldn't be afraid to spend it. Even if they do land Tobias Harris with some of that cash, they should continue to beef up their personnel by going after two-guard Malik Monk, arguably the best reserve free agent who'll be testing the market.
This past season, the Sixth Man of the Year finalist averaged 15.4 points and 5.1 assists per contest, providing a huge boost off the bench for the Sacramento Kings. Unfortunately, his season came to a close at the worst time after suffering an MCL sprain, which played a part in derailing the Kings. Had he not, this team could have possibly made more noise.
Monk would give the Pistons another go-to scorer who can create for themselves, providing a jolt on offense for a team that desperately needs it. He'd be a great complementary piece to players such as Cade Cunningham and Jaden Ivey, alleviating scoring pressure off of them while also being able to take on ball-handling responsibilities as a table-setter.
If the Pistons view him as a needed addition to their bench brigade, they have the assets to outbid any other potential suitor. It wouldn't be overly shocking to see him land in Detroit very quickly into NBA Free Agency.
