8) Paolo Banchero

In today's age of social media, it is nearly impossible for a number 1 overall pick with the pedigree of Paolo Banchero to fly under the radar, but somehow he has done just that. Paolo did not make his national TV debut until earlier this month, more than a season and a half into his NBA career.

Despite the lack of attention, Paolo has been every bit as good as he was expected to be, and perhaps even better. He has already become a complete player in just his second season, but more importantly, he has already begun to turn around the Orlando Magic franchise. At 30-25, the Magic are in 8th place in a very strong Eastern Conference, and would certainly be favored to make it out of the play-in tournament and into the playoffs.

The youngest All-Star in this season's game, Paolos numbers are up across the board compared to his ROY winning season. At 23.0 ppg, 6.9 rpg, and 5.3 apg, he has already established himself as a do-it-all forward capable of dominating on any night.

Once Paolo is a finished product, he projects to be one of the game's most physically imposing players. He has often been compared to Carmelo Anthony; however his ceiling is likely even more of a complete player. In 5 years, he will be just entering his prime and will certainly be among the top players in the NBA.
