NBA Trades: Would the Hawks accept this deal?

The Hawks have reportedly put Capela on the trade market this offseason, which is not surprising given his contract status, the emergence of Onyeka Okongwu, and their trade of Dejounte Murray to the Pelicans a couple of weeks back. Whether or not they want to admit it, it looks likely that Atlanta is headed towards a rebuild.

It does not make sense to keep Capela around and have to pay him next offseason when the Hawks are trying to get younger. Trading him now and getting assets in return would be the best option. While Robinson does have his durability issues, he is still a valuable rebounder and rim protector and would benefit from a backup center role given his injury history.

Atlanta also receives more draft compensation in the deal and while there are no first round picks attached, they still get two second round picks that they could use as trade chips. They also get an intriguing young guard in Pacome Dadiet.

Dadiet is a very raw French guard, who possesses good defensive skills and good passing IQ. He has a ways to go in his offensive development, but the Hawks are in a rebuild, so acquiring young talent that they can develop should be the goal and Dadiet fits that bill.
