NBA Trades: 1 potential last-minute deal to shake up all 30 NBA teams

NBA Trades: Boston Celtics
The defending champion Boston Celtics are rounding out their roster while trying to keep costs down with them $7.6 million over the second apron. That will limit their ability to make moves but they could trade wing Jaden Springer and his $4 million salary to a team such as the Detroit Pistons, who have $10.2 million in remaining cap space.
The Celtics trading Springer and a 2030 second-round pick could save them big time in terms of luxury tax and also allow them to keep Lonnie Walker IV, who is on a make-good contract. Keeping Walker IV instead of Springer makes a lot more sense with Walker being an explosive athlete and an improved shooter with experience in the postseason.
He may not be a rotation player on the stacked Celtics but he could be a useful third-string guard who can slot in as needed and play good minutes. Saving money and potentially improving their back-end talent seems like a good trade off and it would put them closer to getting out of the second apron. Overall, Boston doesn't have many trade options due to their financial limitations but this might be a solid option for them.
