With fewer than 10 days until the NBA trade deadline, Los Angeles Lakers fans likely have had their fill of rumors involving their team. The most prevalent rumor involves Atlanta Hawks star Dejounte Murray. Murray has been linked to the Lakers but a deal between the Lakers and Atlanta Hawks appears to be on hold while the two sides work out an agreement.

Interestingly enough, the Lakers have also been linked to the Brooklyn Nets and several of their players and a tantalizing proposed deal would potentially benefit both teams. The Nets have been stuck in an awkward spot since being forced to trade away stars Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.
While they got great returns for both players, they are struggling at the moment with little means of improving dramatically in the short term.

Despite that, they have been shopping some of their rotation players at the deadline in hopes of acquiring more assets to build around star Mikal Bridges. Next, we'll take a look at a proposed win-win trade involving the Lakers and Nets.
