Blame Pie: Who's the most to blame for the pitiful Pistons’ situation?

The Pitiful Pistons’ Blame Pie:
60% to blame - Pistons’ General Manager, Troy Weaver, and the front office
The biggest culprit for why Detroit has been such a chaotic mess is Troy Weaver, the GM for the Pistons. The roster makes no sense. This teambuild makes no sense. Weaver has added a plethora of theoretically good players but has created a logjam at the guard position and the big position.
Cade Cunningham, Jaden Ivey, Killian Hayes, Marcus Sasser, and Ausar Thompson are all cutting into each other's minutes, and there is no clear pecking order outside of Cade Cunningham being the #1.
There is a similar issue with the young bigs, considering Jalen Duren, Isaiah Stewart, James Wiseman, and Marvin Bagley III all overlap as well. There is no spacing or shooting to be found and there is a lack of wings on the roster.
Guys like Luke Kennard, Bruce Brown, Saddiq Bey, and Jerami Grant have come and gone and there are 10 players on the team who are shooting 33.3% or worse from beyond the arc on the season. This team looks like it was built to play in the 1980s.
