The Olympics are just two months away, and stars who have played together for Team USA often team up in the NBA and this time may be no different.

Paring #1) LeBron James and Steph Curry

After being bounced in the first round by the Denver Nuggets, the pressure is on the Los Angeles Lakers to improve around superstar LeBron James. With the deadline for LeBron to become a free agent this summer set for June 29th, he will be with Team USA during that time.

That will give the Lakers time to make moves to try and convince him to re-sign. That could include them drafting his son, Bronny James, as well as trying to make a deal for a third star to pair LeBron and Davis with. While drafting Bronny may be realistic, their ability to land a third star may make or break their summer.

If they can't, then LeBron may take his talents elsewhere. That could potentially even include him heading north to the Golden State Warriors to partner up with long-time rival Steph Curry. Curry and LeBron have met five times in the playoffs over the last eight years, with Curry going 3-2 in those series, resulting in three championships to LeBron's one.

His joining up with the Warriors, either via free agency or, more likely, a sign-and-trade, would shake up the Western Conference and the NBA as a whole. That pairing could start with Team USA, with them spending the summer playing together and battling for a gold medal.
