3) Brandon Miller

The Charlotte Hornets should be eager to see what is to come of Brandon Miller in only his second year in the NBA. In his rookie season, Miller put up 17.1 points per game. He also shot 44.0% from the field and 37.3% from three-point land. These numbers are already pretty scary but if everything goes the way it should and the Hornets are fully healthy, I would not be surprised to see a major offensive explosion from Miller.

Miller has a crazy high ceiling and LaMelo Ball's return to action could pay dividends for the rise of this young man's game. Ball alone is a star who brings tremendous excitement each time he steps foot on a basketball court, but it is his tremendous passing ability that could work wonders for Miller.

Miller showed last season that he was really good at making things happen off the ball and he did that with lesser talent. The two talented Hornets players are going to wreak havoc on the league once they build a strong connection.
