Isaac Okoro

What makes Isaac Okoro different from others on this list is that he's a restricted free agent, meaning the Cleveland Cavaliers can match any offer made to him. No one has yet stepped up to the plate and offered him a deal, and there has seemingly been very minimal traction on a new contract to return to Cleveland. It's a tough spot for Okoro to be in.

There's no doubt that Okoro could help the Cavs or any other team needing a wing. Last season, he showed signs of being a legitimate 3-and-D wing, averaging 9.4 points while shooting 39.1 percent (career-high) from 3-point range while also playing stout defense. At 23 years old, Okoro has barely scratched the surface of his potential, so there's plenty of room to grow for the youngster.

Given his restricted free-agent status, it feels likely that Okoro will return to Cleveland, but that's not set in stone. HoopsHype's Michael Scotto has reported that the Brooklyn Nets are a team possibly interested in a sign-and-trade for Okoro, with the Cavaliers said to have interest in Cam Johnson and Dorian Finney-Smith. Okoro would fit nicely with Brooklyn's core after their offseason moves.

No matter where he plays, someone could be getting a great young piece in Okoro.
