4) Philadelphia 76ers

It was reported multiple times throughout the season that Philadelphia will monitor Paul Goerge's situation with the Los Angeles Clippers, but look for them to make a push for Klay Thompson as well. The team has done a good job adding shooting around Joel Embiid, adding players like Buddy Hield, Kelly Oubre Jr., and Nicholas Batum.

And with the departure of James Harden came the emergence of Tyrese Maxey as a legitimate all-star guard. But when Embiid went down with the knee injury, the team struggled and fell to a Play-In spot. Having a seasoned veteran like Thompson can really boost what this team can do, whether their franchise player is on the floor or not.

3) Miami Heat

Miami will always be a team that's looking to improve rather than settle for a rebuild. This is a gritty team that has arguably the most iconic identity in all of sports with "Heat Culture," and Thompson is a tough, two-way player that fits the established culture within South Beach.

He compliments Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo perfectly for being outside threats, along with Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, and Kevin Love, among others. Not to mention Klay loves the water, and there's no better place to be near the water as an NBA player other than Miami.
