23) Phoenix Suns- Tyler Kolek

With three stars in Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal, the Phoenix Suns could use a distributor to help get them the ball. Tyler Kolek, who is one of the most prolific playmakers in the draft after averaging 7.7 assists at Marquette, seems like the perfect choice. Kolek has a well-rounded game and has shown himself to be a terrific shooter, shooting 55.2% from two and 38.8% from three to average 15.3 points per game.

On the defensive end of the floor, he is a capable defender who managed to average a terrific 1.6 takeaways this season, suggesting that he can hold his own at the NBA level. He probably won't start immediately for the Suns, who will probably scour the market for cheap veteran help but Kolek should be able to play back-up point guard minutes.

That alone would be a big help to a team with limited depth and even more limited ways to add rotation players. Based on that, the Suns should strongly consider drafting Kolek with the 23rd pick in the NBA draft since he would help them address a position of weakness.
