18) Orlando Magic-Johnny Furphy
Adding shooting will probably be the Orlando Magic's top priority in the offseason and they have a chance to do so in the draft. Johnny Furphy seems like the perfect fit considering that he is a reliable shooter, having knocked down 37% of his 3-point attempts for the Kansas Jayhawks last season.
That would help the Magic, who were the second-worst 3-point shooting team in the NBA this season. He isn't just a shooter, though; he is a good transition player who can get easy buckets for himself simply by sprinting out ahead of the defense. He can do the same in the half court by cutting to the basket when his defensive assignment looks away.
Defensively, the 6'9 forward would be another jumbo-sized player in the Magic's rotation, with Furphy's length and timing helping him to challenge shots and strip the ball from opponents. The Magic are on the rise and building around 21-year-old star Paolo Banchero so adding Furphy probably won't push them over the top. But at 19 years old, he has a chance to be a key rotation player on a perennial playoff team in a season or two.
