16) Philadelphia 76ers-Tristan Da Silva
The Philadelphia 76ers have a virtually clean slate heading into the off-season, with only Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and Paul Reed under contract or team control. Even then, they could decline Reed's option to clear out as much as 61 million in cap space.
That might result in them finding a third star to pair with Embiid and Maxey, though before they get to that point, they have the 16th pick in the draft to work with. Of the options that will likely be available in the middle of the first round, Tristan Da Silva seems like the ideal player for next year's Sixers.
At 23 years old and with significant college experience, he looks poised to step in and play rotation minutes on the new-look Sixers. Da Silva averaged 16 points, 5.1 rebounds, and shot 39.5% from three this season on 4.8 attempts and 38.6% from three in 124 career college games. His combination of size at 6'9 with shooting and playmaking allows him to play at small forward or power forward and he could give the Sixers a cheap rotation player next season.
