29) Utah Jazz -Tyler Smith

The Utah Jazz not only have the 10th overall pick but also the 29th pick, and if he's available, they should select Tyler Smith of the G-League Ignite. Smith has been a draft riser following team workouts and the NBA Combine. His shooting ability has been the main reason why he has drawn increased attention, given that few power forwards of his size are capable of shooting like he can.

He shot 36.4% from deep on four attempts per game but he apparently shot even better during the draft process. Smith also averaged an impressive 13.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks in just 22 minutes per game for the Ignite. Not just that but he showed the ability to attack closeout, with the threat of his outside shot causing his defender to scramble and allowing Smith to muscle his way to the rim.

Smith is even a good athlete and at 6'10 with a 7'1 wingspan, he could be a potent rim runner who can finish lobs and bounce passes with monster dunks. All of those skills make for an interesting prospect that is worth taking a chance on, especially so late in the first round.
