19) Toronto Raptors-Yves Missi
Unfortunately for the Toronto Raptors, they lost their first-round pick as a result of a questionable deal with the Spurs but they still have the 19th pick in the draft. While the 8th pick would be better, they could take a chance on Yves Missi in the hope that he could be their center of the future. Jakob Poeltl has three years remaining on his contract and he may eventually be moved to a contender if the Raptors stay in rebuilding mode.
Missi may take some time to develop but the potential is there for him to be a productive player on both ends of the floor. His size at 6'10 with a 7'2 wingspan and a 38.5-inch vertical leap make him an eye-popping prospect who can get up and crush lobs or roll to the basket and dunk from anywhere near the rim.
In 22.7 minutes per game, Missi put up outstanding numbers, averaging 10.7 points on 61.4 FG%, 5.6 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks. As a backup center for the Raptors, Missi might put up similarly strong numbers with the hope that he will improve enough to be Toronto's starting five for years to come.
