15) Miami Heat-Isaiah Collier

After striking gold in last year's NBA Draft by selecting Jaime Jacquez Jr., the Miami Heat have a chance to do that again with the 15th pick in this year's draft. They can do that by selecting USC guard Isaiah Collier, whose draft stock has dropped to the point that it's unclear whether he'll be a lottery pick. This was after he was initially seen as a top-five pick.

His falling to the Heat would be great for both him and Miami, with them potentially maximizing his talent and him getting a chance to earn backup point guard minutes next season. His strengths and weaknesses are stark, with his size at 6'5 and large frame being a plus, as well as his ability to bully his way to the rim and create for others.

On the other end, he struggled to shoot from outside, and with turnovers, causing his efficiency to take a hit. Issues aside, his upside at 15 makes him a great option for the Heat, who are in need of an offseason makeover. That can begin with this draft, allowing them to get younger as they decide what to do with Jimmy Butler this summer.
