11) Chicago Bulls-Cody Williams
The Chicago Bulls were hoping to make the playoffs this season but like last season, they are a lottery team. Actually, their 2023 first-round pick was sent to the Orlando Magic to fulfill the Nikola Vucevic deal but the Bulls will select 11th in this year's draft. That gives them a big opportunity to try and improve their roster, which is decidedly mediocre, and they may select forward Cody Williams.
Williams, who is the younger brother of Oklahoma City Thunder guard Jalen Williams, has drawn attention to himself due to his play on both ends of the floor. While he isn't a knockdown 3-point shooter, he did hit 41% on the low volume of shots this season, suggesting that he can be at least average at the NBA level.
Assuming that he is, that would unlock the rest of his game, with him being a promising playmaker who can find teammates when attacking off the dribble as well as a finisher in both transition and in the half court. The hope is that he could eventually replace DeMar DeRozan as a playmaking wing and give the Bulls something to build around when their mid-three of Zach LaVine, DeRozan, and Vucevic ultimately ends.
