13) Bruce Brown

Former Denver Nugget Bruce Brown was a key part of their championship run in 2023 and cashed in by signing a 2-year, $45 million deal with the Indiana Pacers. Despite that, he was traded just six months later in the deal that brought Pascal Siakam to the Pacers. Now he is a member of the Toronto Raptors and should be on the trade block this summer.

Brown doesn't fit the young Raptors roster or timeline and he would be much more valuable to their team as a trade asset that could bring back a future first-round pick. He'd have no shortage of suitors, with just about every playoff team needing a player like him to help bolster their roster.

He does have a surprisingly large $23 million expiring contract, which would make it harder for said teams to try and match salary in a deal for him. However, if the Raptors are willing to take back his long-term salary and/or bad contracts while also receiving a first or multiple second-rounders, then that might work for everyone involved. Based on that, Brown seems highly likely to be on a new team by training camp.
