Tyrese Halliburton-Spider-Man

Superstar Tyrese Halliburton doesn't immediately invoke the iconic Marvel character of Spider-Man. That being said, in the MCU, Spider-Man is one of the youngest heroes in the Avengers. Despite his clear awesomeness, he has been slowly introduced to the rest of the team, with him having to wait three years before officially becoming a member of the Avengers.

In his first appearance in the MCU, he was sidelined by Iron Man and likewise, Halliburton appears to be out of Team USA's rotations. This is despite Halliburton being one of the best offensive players in the NBA and being just 24 years old.

His age may be part of his lack of playing time, with more experienced players taking up minutes. Halliburton may have to wait for another Olympics to show and prove, much like Spider-Man had to do. Be that as it may, with fewer American-born stars in the pipeline, Halliburton may also play a big role in Team USA going forward like Spider-Man will in the MCU.
