The NBA Season is officially less than two weeks away. It seems like just yesterday we were watching the reigning Finals MVP and Denver Nuggets franchise center Nikola Jokic hoist the Larry O’Brien Trophy for their first title in franchise history.

It also seems like we just saw the San Antonio Spurs win the NBA Draft Lottery of all lotteries back in May to have the privilege to select the most heralded prospect since LeBron James in the man I call the “French Mamba” Victor Wembanyama (who’s looked as good as advertised so far).

There’s a lot of players to be excited about to watch this season. From Damian Lillard now on the Milwaukee Bucks after getting traded there from the Portland Trailblazers to Victor Wembanyama of the Spurs as the most promising rookie to enter the league since James two decades earlier.

Let’s get into my top five players to look forward to watching this season in what is a league stacked with talent.
