9. Torrey Craig

The veteran forward is hitting unrestricted free agency as a member of a financially limited Phoenix Suns team. Craig is almost the prototypical 3-and-D wing. He is a tough, physical defender who can reliably stretch the floor.

Averaging 7.4 points in 24.7 minutes per game, Craig is not a high-volume scorer but when he scores, he does so reliably. He shot 39.5 percent on three-pointers overall and 40 percent on catch-and-shoot threes during the regular season. In the playoffs, after most of the Suns’ forwards were sent to Brooklyn, those numbers rose to 44 percent and 43 percent, making Craig a reliable supporting player.

Craig’s offensive production is very limited to catch-and-shoot threes and reliant on others creating for him, but he could be a great fit for teams looking to add a pure 3-and-D guy who does not need the ball in his hands a lot to have an impact.
