Shooting Guard #9: Ricky Council IV, Arkansas

It was hard for any of the talented Razorback prospects to get their proper shine at Arkansas this year. Reasons include injuries that a few suffered during the year and the spacing issues that stifled their individual abilities.

Through the difficult situation, Ricky Council IV was able to transfer in and be the leading scorer for the team. Council IV has a solid handle and reliable mid-range jumper, but the true appeal of his game comes from his excellent athleticism that made dunks like this almost routine during his season:

Council IV will need to improve upon his efficiency at the next level, especially from beyond the three-point line, but there are a number of veteran-laden teams like Boston, Sacramento, and Denver who could all give him a real second-round look as their future backup shooting guard.
