16 Players that will likely change teams by the NBA trade deadline

10. Cam Reddish, New York Knicks
Following the Washington Wizards’ trade of former top-10 pick Rui Hachimura to the Lakers, it seems as though fellow recent top-10 pick Cam Reddish could be next. Reddish has been on the trading block for most of the season, but the New York Knicks have yet to pull the trigger on a deal. They have no shortage of teams interested in Reddish, and their asking price seems to be two second-round picks, which seems fair.
Still, not every second-round pick is created equally. Receiving a second from a team that is currently good means that their picks could fall in the 45–60 range, where there is a significant talent dropoff. On the other hand, receiving a second from a team that is currently bad or middling means that their picks could fall in the 30–45 range where there are often still good players available.
The Knicks are probably taking that into account when fielding offers for Reddish, but the asking price is so low that one team is bound to meet or exceed their demands. Based on that, I think it’s only a matter of time before Reddish is moved, but it’s really anyone’s guess as to where, given the sheer number of teams that have been linked to him.
