NBA News: Jaylen Brown and the Boston Celtics are on fire.

The Boston Celtics have the best record in the NBA, and Jayson Tatum is an MVP candidate, while Jaylen Brown is becoming a superstar in his own right. Over the Boston Celtics’ last 10 games, he’s
averaging an impressive 28.3 points, 7 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game while shooting 55.1% from the field.

More importantly, the Celtics are 8-2 during that span, and at 19-5, they are winning nearly 80% of their games. They’re doing this by absolutely smoking opposing defenses with a 120.1 offensive rating, which would be an NBA record if it stands.

This is a result of them having a plethora of knockdown shooters and having two players that are in the top 10 in scoring while having crazy efficiency seasons. Brown upping his game to a new level has made the Brown-Tatum pairing the best one-two punch in the NBA this season, with the two combining to average 57.2 points, 14.9 rebounds, and 7.9 assists per game.

All this is being done with coach Joe Mazzula assuming the reigns while the team’s head coach is suspended for the season. Who would’ve thought?
