With week four of the fantasy basketball season in full swing, team trends are starting to emerge and like any good manager, you should have your eye on the waiver wire and the trading block for any emerging talents. To help you dominate the rest of this season, we’ll take a look at six buy-low targets to help you win your league.

1. Fantasy Basketball Buy-low Targets: Evan Mobley, Cleveland Cavaliers

In a recent poll from NBA GMs Evan Mobley was voted most likely to have a breakout season. Sadly, Mobley hasn’t peaked yet, but his absurd potential shined when he swatted eight shots against Detroit over the weekend.

Any player that can single-handedly win a defensive category for you in one game is worth keeping an eye on. As the season progresses, Mobley will find his footing on the talent-heavy Cavaliers, but for now, he’s a player that can definitely be acquired for a bargain.

2. Fantasy Basketball Buy-low Targets: Jamal Murray, Denver Nuggets

Although I love sports betting on high-risk, high-reward players, I tend to stray from that strategy in my fantasy basketball leagues. In other words, I usually pass on players like Anthony Davis who can make or break your fantasy team. That said, I think Jamal Murray is on the cusp of reemerging.

Don’t forget, Murray is only 25 years old and has yet to reach his prime. Last week, Murray surpassed a season high in minutes, and as he gets his legs under him, Murray could emerge as a top-tier point guard. That said, there’s always high-risk, high-reward potential with any player coming off a recent injury. Gamble at your own risk, my friends.
