NBA Trades: 5 suitors for John Collins and Atlanta Hawks: Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings have been linked to John Collins in the past and could certainly become a suitor for John Collins this offseason. Sacramento has made some promising moves to strengthen the roster this summer, including a deal with Atlanta that reportedly sent Kevin Huerter to the Kings, and they’re likely not done just yet.

Behind De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis, Sacramento is doing business with urgency as the organization intends to snap the worst playoff drought in NBA history. Acquiring John Collins could help push the team toward that focused goal.

In a potential trade, a deal would most certainly revolve around forward Harrison Barnes. It would make sense for the Hawks to receive Barnes, a productive scorer and reliable defender with championship experience, among other assets, in a return for Collins.

It would be no surprise if the Sacramento Kings and Atlanta Hawks engaged in talks centered around a deal involving John Collins for Harrison Barnes and more. Another trade between the two aspiring franchises could be beneficial for both teams.
