NBA Trades: 3 potential Dennis Schroder trades for the Celtics – Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks are one of the teams rumored to have some level of interest in Dennis Schroder. It doesn’t surprise me that they are looking to add another competent creator off the bench, either.

Jrue Holiday does a fantastic job for Milwaukee, but outside of him and George Hill, the Bucks lack a real point guard off the bench. This trade would give them an obvious upgrade to their bench rotation.

Having Schroder in a playoff series would be valuable as well, as even in their championship run last season, the Bucks sometimes struggled to get offense from their point guards.

Schroder is a sparkplug that can realistically fit onto any contending team in the league, and he could certainly provide a scoring boost off the bench for the Bucks. While he’s not an elite defender, he’s certainly is not a liability end on that side of the floor, thus making him a solid addition to the gritty Bucks roster.

Jordan Nwora is really one of the main assets the Bucks have to deal this week. He will be an RFA this offseason, and his value may never be higher than it is currently depending on the contract he is offered.

The Celtics, who are in need of floor spacing wings, might take a chance on Nwora and help get under the luxury tax in the process.
