NBA Trades: 3 Bradley Beal trades based on NBA rumors – New York Knicks

Knicks receive: Bradley Beal, Raul Neto

Wizards receive: Evan Fournier, Kemba Walker, Obi Toppin, Quentin Grimes, 2022 First-Round Pick, 2024 First-Round Pick, 2026 First-Round Pick

The New York Knicks are constantly searching for the next superstar to play in the Big Apple. Well, maybe Bradley Beal could be that guy for them moving forward.

They don’t have an amazing package to offer in terms of players, but they could pack on the picks. If the Washington Wizards want to rebuild a bit, then this trade would be solid for them.

New York would add Beal to be their primary scorer, thus taking a ton of pressure off of Julius Randle. The trio of Beal, Randle, and RJ Barrett should definitely be enough to get the Knicks to the playoffs.

Not just this year, either. If they can get Beal to commit to the team long-term, then this team should be able to be a perennial threat in the playoffs, especially if Barrett continues to develop.

On the flip side, as mentioned, this trade would be solid for Washington if they want to rebuild. They’d get three unprotected first-round picks for Beal, and who knows how good the Knicks would be (maybe one of their core guys leaves by 2026).

Obi Toppin would also be a solid player for the Wizards to take a chance on. He’s gotten limited opportunities in New York, so a new team could help him thrive.

Then there’s Quentin Grimes, who has shown some real potential as a scorer. At only 21 years old, the Wizards could give him a bunch of minutes and hope he develops into a great scorer for them. Overall, not a bad deal for either side, considering their goals moving forward.
