NBA Trades: 3 Bradley Beal trades based on NBA rumors – Atlanta Hawks

Hawks receive: Bradley Beal, Thomas Bryant

Wizards receive: John Collins, Danilo Gallinari, 2023 First-Round Pick

This trade would send Bradley Beal to the Atlanta Hawks to pair up with Trae Young, forming one of the best backcourts in the NBA. Meanwhile, the Washington Wizards would get a bit younger.

Beal and Young would certainly struggle on the defensive end, but there’s no doubting the pure talent that duo would possess. Atlanta has played poorly this year, and maybe adding Beal could help them turn things around.

They would have to make sure Beal would be interested in staying there long-term, though. This goes for every team involved on this list.

As far as John Collins, his time with the Hawks might be coming to a close soon anyway. Recent NBA rumors revealed that he is frustrated with his current role in Atlanta.

For the Wizards, Collins could be a piece they can build around. He’s got All-Star-caliber potential, and a new start in Washington might give him the opportunity to reach his full potential.

The Wizards would also take on Danilo Gallinari’s contract in this deal, but get a first-round pick. Not a bad trade-off for a team that will likely enter a rebuilding phase.

Overall, this trade would help Washington transition from the Beal era, and for the Hawks, it should cement them as clear playoff contenders for the next few seasons.
